Your Information Stays Private
We treat your name, contact information, booking details, session themes, images, and any communication with us as confidential business information. We do not sell or share client data.
Limited Access to Your Images
Only the people who genuinely need access for your session, your photographer, videographer, and editor, are ever able to view your images.
We Never Publish Without Your Permission
Your photographs, videos, testimonials, and any identifying information will never appear on our website, social media, printed marketing, advertising, or public portfolio without your explicit permission.
Closed Set Sessions
Only personnel reasonably necessary for your session are present, unless you request otherwise.
Secure Storage
We use password-protected systems, encrypted storage, and routine backups to protect your files. In the rare event of a security incident affecting your files, we will notify you within 72 hours.
Retention and Deletion
We retain your files until you ask us to delete them, or until a reasonable retention period ends if no other arrangement is made. Upon request, we will permanently delete your files within 30 days and confirm the deletion with you.
Legal Exceptions
We may disclose information only if required by a court order, valid subpoena, or other legal obligation, and you will receive notice wherever the law permits.
Your Responsibility
Once your private gallery password and download links are sent to you, safeguarding them is your responsibility.
Your Comfort, Your Call
The comfort level you choose is discussed and agreed in advance for every session, and you may adjust it at any time during your shoot. Every team member present is held to the same privacy standard as the studio itself.
What You Receive
After your session, you will receive a private online gallery of edited images and a personalized Treasure Box, yours to keep for personal use. Ishtar's Image retains copyright and the digital raw files; images may not be sold, licensed, or commercially published without our permission.
Payment and Cancellation
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking, and a $500 fee applies to rescheduling. We know that life happens: if something major comes up, please reach out to us.
Release of Liability
All clients must confirm they are 18 years of age or older and are participating freely and voluntarily. Our full Session Agreement, signed at booking, is governed by Texas law.
Advertising and Analytics
We use Meta pixels on this site to measure the performance of our advertising and to show relevant ads to people who have visited us. These tools collect information such as pages visited, actions taken on the site, and general device and browser information. We do not sell your personal information.
You can control the ads you see from Meta through your Meta ad preferences, and you can limit tracking generally through your browser's privacy settings or by using a tracking-blocking extension.
